All attack techniques drop at Lv.30 in two areas, except Megid (which only drops in one).
Foie Lv.30 drops in Ultimate Ruins 2 and VR Temple Alpha, look at the chart carefully =P

I found interesting for my own experience that my char which is a yolleowboze one finds more rare techs than the others we have at home (Skyly, Purplenum, Oran). My brother never found a zalure lv.30 an I found 2 or 3... Megid and Grants too...

Another, more certain way to get massively high level techs would be to find a bunch of /Technique units. Wizard/Techniques each boost tech level by one, Devil/Techniques each boost by two and God/Techniques each boost by three. I think.

Which means:

God/Technique x 4 = +12 levels. Which means you only need level 18 techs to max out a force...

Just an idea.

yeah, but with FO's worrying HP, i like to have a couple of god/HP's equipped. cre/xxxx units are also nice, and since my FO is a melee FO, god/battle means that i have 1 free slot, which is currently taken up with a cure/paralysis as i'm doing temple runs with my force for an egg rappy, and a cure/shock anywhere else. in another 15 or so levels i'll get rid of a god/hp, so maybe then i'll use a /technique unit!

You should also try to get the pinknal section id they find technique disks better than any other section id.

We've been over this many times. In episodes 1/2 Pinkal finds tech disks at the same rate as any other ID. There's absolutely no difference between ID's when it comes to tech disks.

Pinkal just finds most of the Force weapons.
