whats so good about? ok, its demons, cool, and it gives 63 ATA which is above average and it looks cool, and it can be used by 8 classes.
BUT
its not that great- it cant have hit, so the special would miss a lot unless you have a very high starting ATA (like, 270 O_o) and a demons laser w/ hit is so blatantly the obvious choice for RA's, and forces cant really use it so well because of a lower ATA (even a FOney is struggling to get the needed ATA, let alone enough to use the special well)
so: why is it such a big thing? everyone and their mag seems to have one! why?
Because it's secksy.
Really, that's why.
If you want something cool, get the Bringer's Rifle, if you want something exceedingly effective, get a hit% Demon's Laser.
FOmarl + Demons Laser w/50% hit... = Failure? >_>
FOmarl + Bringer's Rifle = .... Success? =0
It's somewhat like Holy Ray... it's for the Forces, not you silly Rangers >_>
Just how Elysion isn't for you silly Hunters either... Give the forces some selection.

What else factors Tech damage other than Tech level?........ It starts with an M... and ends int ental strength >_> .... An ubber Force with Elysion can free-cast low level foie and do decent damage with it. AND it's free =0 ... Plus, you can release the Foie in a 3-hit combo, which can be faster than just casting foie....
Plus, character bashing is so naive, what you think is your opinion...

why do you consider the special.
just because a weapon has special, that does not mean that it must be used.
first of all it is a rifle (best range), and the normal and hard atacks may be useful.
If you just want it for a FO-friendly Rifle, then a Holy Ray is better, or maybe an Angel Harp.
I don't think Holy Ray is better at all.
Bringer's Rifle has an amazingly good special, and don't say that Forces cannot hit with it, my FOmarl can, even in Ep2 later areas.
Demon's is 100 times better than Seize, especially on non-androids.
As for Rangers, 63 ATA is more than enough to hit consistantly with the special, I take Bringer's Rifle over Demon's Laser with hit% anytime.
Bringer's Rifle is my main rifle on Terra, anyway, I use it more than Heaven Striker >_>
