I don't have one, so please explain to me why it's the "Ultimate Rare". I think FROZEN SHOOTER is my most useful weapon.

I still don't quite understand.

This guy wanted a rare that is an uber rare on BB... You think the Guld Milla is rare? Think again.

The best he had to offer was a Ruby Bullet, which he deemed an "ULTIMATE RARE"

All in all, it's a joke, Ruby Bullet is nowhere near "ultimate", it's a decent handgun, but there are quite a few better guns.
