ok.. i need to learn this for some drama where i stand on my head... ive been out trying to practice for 15 mins.... i managed to nearly break my neck, give myself a headache, get soily hair and get grass stains on my trousers. help?
Do it indoors.Use your back first,then go onto your head.
What I do is, I put my head where the wall starts and where the floor stops(or vice versa) and hoist your self up with your hands beside your head and kick your feet up and try your hardest to keep balance, and good luck!

I did that once it made me light headed and I think I had a nose bleed.
Ummm... easiest way I've found to do it is to start out on your hands/head and rest your knees on your bent arms. Then slowly extend your legs while keeping your balance.
Do you have to walk on youre hands or just stand on your head?
