PSO DC didn't use a Hunters License system, the only thing you payed for was the dial-up fees. :S

Thank you Beat, i knew i wasnt going mad! Yet.
I was about 15 when PSOv1 came out so i wouldnt have had a debit card by then. Tongue

ok...only on japan will be free
ONLY in JAPAN
it was free in europe already
