I'm currently hunting for the best shield in the game. I have a few rare shields, but sadly, they are all weaker than a basic Celestial Shield.

What shield do you think is the best?

If possible, please post it's stats, whether or not it's visible, and what Section IDs can find it, and where.

Best you could get would be the Tripolic Shield using that Redria in your signature. It is a 1/900 drop off an Ill Gill, so it is only online or in PSO+ in a Control Tower quest. The stats are high and it's a little blue/white circular shield.
