Any of you know what this "WEAPONS" thing is? I just ran into the guy on "Secret Delivery". What is it?
Your get a weapon,'Akiko's Frying Pan' if you talk to 'WEAPON' members in certain quests.
I don't sugjest it unless your under level 40, by which time you will have better weapons. I hope. If you whittil then I might wanna go for it. All your gonna get are slicers

What you do is finish all the missions to get them to be played infinite times. Then get approvals from other members in:
Claiming a stake
The lost bride
The value of money
and finally...
Gran Squall
The members are on pioneer 2, you must finish the mission to their approval after you have got it.
Go back to see the guy in secret delivery and he will tell you to go see the boss who is near the bank on the same mision to get AKIKO'S FRYING PAN
