If your ATP is high enough on EP1, You can actually damage them with physical attacks. If you think they take time to appear just run over them.

yeah i know you can just run over the but i cant hurt them while there together, yet. i guess i'm just impatient

on ep1 use techs to hurt pan arms shooting dosnt work
on ep2 you can shoot or slash to hurt them

Ór you can use S/Z to weaken him.
