Can one person alone defeat Chalenge mode?
i can defeat the enemys as fast as 2 normal players, so is it possible???

You cannot start Challenge Mode at all without at least two players, so no.
what happens if one DC's?
I presume that the Challenge Mode will end with a failure. :S
