No, you can't grind the Egg Blaster, and the fully ground Justy 23st is better.

REQS= 125 ATA

duuudee....dont borrow pso...u gotta buy it to get nethign good. and yes, u must play ultimate to find it, you can't get ANYTHING good on normal, lol.
