i have the download link of PSU full torrent file and i dont knoll if i can post it over here so if anyone could answer my questin i would apreciate.

If ya not supposed to pay for it, you can post it. If it needs paying for and your download handily skips a transaction or two... Sorry I doubt you'll be allowed to post it.

no its totally free to download it you will need only a torrent program such as azureus or bitcomet

Most things from torrents are illegal, as they are not meant for download.
