I managed to find one of these recently, and I've been using it in v. hard where boomas give about 90 exp/kill. However, whenever I use the experience stealing special, it's only stealing 2 exp/hit on a booma. This is...nowhere near 20% of 90 exp. Does anyone know why this is?
