Has anyone else not been able to log into the Xbox360 Open BETA version of Phantasy Star Universe?
Kept trying all day but i just keep getting a 'PSU servers may be undergoing server maintenance - Check the official website for more details' errors as soon as it tries to connect to the PSU servers.
I'm probabily the only one
Apparently Microsoft shut down the servers for a 24 hour maitenance period, or so I've heard. That's Microsoft being Microsoft for ya...

That wouldn't explain how other people are playing it though!
And i have no idea who my ISP is, since i'm in rented accomodation for the year, so meh! But i can play other 360 games fine so i can't see what the problem is. Just spent my time playing Burnout Revenge online instead of playing the 'Press A when it gives the error message again' game!
To be honest mate its normally an NTL issue or simply outdated DNS servers at your ISP.
To quote a friend of mine who was having issues and managed to fix -

Make sure you switch it back to automatic after you're done playing.
That still wouldn't really tell me why i can still play other games online perfectly fine and just not PSU!
Well my personal understanding of the issue is that Sega updated the IP addresses for the open beta and maybe you are still connecting to their test server? I really don't know but that would explain it and seems quite understandable
I'd say give it a try you've got nothing to lose. If it doesn't work at least you know it isn't your DNS servers thats the issue.
Well it shouldn't be under mantiance because they said it'd be going up for a 24 hr mantiance on the 17th.
As I have said, it could very well be some form of test server he is connecting to. But I can assure you that the PSU beta is alive and running at this very moment
Well i thought Lee got a special entrance to beta? Didn't he?
