Hey ^^ I was wondering if I could get some help, I looked on the forums with the search but couldnt find anything. I just started playing this again after playing it on the Dreamcast years ago and noticed the way side stories are done is differently. Ive completed all the Forest side stories but cant seem to go onto the cave side stories. I remember in PSO on the DC you would hve to kill the boss of the area before and see the principle. but I cant find the principle, lol and all the areas are already unlocked :O. Any help would be great XD
I think theres a downloadable quest that does this. TTF, I think.
He's more referring to the actual Hunter's Guild quests not opening properly even though he has all the areas unlocked. Nothing I can really say about that one though.

I've just found our problem, I think. The principal can be found by going through the teleporter between the hunters guild, and the shops/bank.
Yeah the principle normally is in that teleporter between the guild and the bank. But he just aint there, lol. Im sure Ill figure it out ^^

Yeah, only can play online on Blue Bursrt right? >.> Been playing in the single player mode
To unlock the areas go in a oepn game. (no password) and talk to the girl on the left side and she will get you missions like 1-1 and beat all of those and when you get to the cave one youll have single player cave quests.
