If there are four FOrces: FOmar, FOmarl, FOnewm and FOnewearl, each with:
Grants level 30
their MST absolutely maxed
Caduceus
Who would do the most damage with Grants on ... let's say an Online Hidelt?
Anyone got a damage calculator?
I'm guessing FOnewm would do least damage, but I'm not very sure about the other three.
FOnewearl would do the most Damage because they have the highest MST. But i will calculate it out and edit this post.
FOmarl's boost would make it strongest. The boost makes the power of it greater than a FOnewearl at full MST.
The MST order goes: FOnewearl with most, then FOnewm, FOmar, FOmarl.
The boosts: FOmarl (+50%), FOmar (+30%)
So I can believe that FOmarl will do more damage, but by how much/what %? I'd love to see some numbers at this stage.

Fomar-806 dmg on hildelt-3 hits to kill
Fomarl-1128 dmg on hildelt-2 hits to kill
Fonewm-835 dmg on hildelt-3 hits to kill
Fonewearl-880 dmg on hildelt-3 hits to kill
So FOmarl is the strongest with grants because of her boost and FOmar is the weakest with grants.

How did you calculate that?
It's already added in with both of them but fOmar's 30% boost is to Normal Techs. FOmarls boost is to Grants and FOnewearls boost is to the Simple Techs and Megid. FOnewm boosts normal and hard techs.
Boosts:
Fomar-Gifoie Gizonde Gibarta Grants 1.3 x damage
Shifta and Deband 2x range/effect (range +6 meters)
Fomarl-Grants 1.5 x damage
Shifta Deband Resta & Anti 2x range (range +6 meters)
Fonewearl-Foie Zonde Barta & Megid 1.3 x damage
Megid penetrates
Resta & Anti 2x range/effect (range +6 meters)
Fonewm-Gifoie Gizonde Gibarta 1.3 x damage
Rafoie Razonde Rabarta 1.3 x damage

The add ons to their spells are added in those numbers i gave you. FOnewm can do more because they have more max MST then FOmar. And i afriad to tell you FOmar has no boost on Grants.
And i use a claculator i downloaded from PSOW
