Yes, but in comparison, the old hunter's licenses at $9 US was only around $10.50 for me. So the new one's probably $12 - 13, not $15. I think the Canadian dollar is worth around $0.84 US right now. I dunno though... it's all a bunch of Greek to me.
Those exchange rate sites are not always right. But i know it will be under 15$.

I think the 6-months of online package is actually just a plan you can do with Sonic Team. Just select a plan where you do one down-payment every 6 months instead of paying every month.

Microsoft have taken the link offline now so its looks like who ever got it before it went down will be able to play online and the others will have to wait for the 24th November.
