Yeah!

So, like, seeing as this is for all other gaming posts, who is into Retro gaming?

I love that stuff! I have a hefty collection of old machines in my house and games to boot!

The gem of my collection are my semi-complete collection of Treasure games and Kirbys Dreamland Adventure on the NES.

Emulators are not retro :p

Great driving game. Kudos system sucked a bit when the car behind you smashed into you and made you lose points.

I loved the Audi TT Roadster. I used it to about Chapter 20 before I need another car. I only ever needed 3/4 cars to complete the game... God I love the purr of the Audi... some of the music was pretty damn fine too.

Anyone got the Xbox version? I was sorely tempted to get an Xbox for this game. Looks very, very nice. Glad I didn't now. GC PSO is much better

What cars did you lot like?

Personally I love them; what do you think? I reckon that Ocarina Of Time is a still a classic, Majora's Mask was great fun. Though, not as much as OOT. The new one is fantastic, but I'm still undecided as to which one I like best, OOT or The Wind Waker.

I am only going to post one for now...but if you people like it more will be posted...

How does a clan actually use Phantasy Star Online?!

I mean do they compete with other clans over battle mode, or challenge mode or something?!

And how many PSO clans are there?

PSO Ep3 - New Battle Mode Features

Sonic Team today poasted that the new Episode 3 website is online: The new site give us much more information including screenshots and more gaming features.


One such feature is Episode 3 will include an online Battle Tournament option. Up to 32 people can fight in a tournament, and up to 8 players are able to watch the battle from the lobby. The results of the Tournament results and ranks will be displayed in a Battle Results Table. Users viewing the tournament are able to chat with each other, but the conversations will not be visible to the battling players, so they dont disturb the fighting players. A user waiting for his or her turn in the tournament can watch the current battle and talk with other viewing players. They can also see the current persons battling technique and cards.

Im getting really excited about Episode 3 now. Maybe it was good to introduce a battling card system after all - this doesnt seem so bad.

PSO Episode 3: Current HL will be valid!

"Good news for Gamecube gamers! Sega has officially announced that current PSO players can carry their Hunter's Licenses over to PSO Ep. III. A HL is need to play PSOep3 online. So this means no additional fees for PSO EP3!!!!!! And that a PSO Hunter's Liscense is a Universal Account for both PSO ep1&2, and PSO ep3!

So I guess you can kinda think of ep3 as a expansion pack in a way This makes getting online with with Phantasy Star Online even more logical. Now for the same $8.95 you pay a month, you get a whole new game to play as well. This is going to be great, now I am rather excited about PSO ep3 coming out."

PSOGC: 4 New Quests - 15th July

Four new quests will be available on PSOGC from 15th July:
- Mop Up 3: Mines
- Mop Up 4: Ruins
- Endless Nightmare 3: Mines
- Endless Nightmare 4: Ruins

Note: The servers will be offline from 3pm to 5pm JP Time on 15/07/03, to accomodate these quests.

I continually hear about twinking characters I have a rough idea of what it is about...but I would like to know how to do it and what exactly it is...all I hear is that it has something to do with exchanging items between memory cards or something...like giving a lower level character an item from a higher level character you have...I was wondering if anyone knew how this is done...I also hear from many that they do not consider this cheating or hacking seeing as it is built into the game... please help me out here...please!:p
