a hacker gave me a lv 328 every stat mag. i am compelety legit apart from that mag

if i equip it but not use it (just to see max stats and sutpid tp stats on a fo) would i be legit or not

i found my first ice staff: dragon ...i have allways belived it have the name dragon..but today on my pso it have the name ice staff: dagon...wich is right? =) im so confused... :S
