<P><FONT face="arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Sony Computer Entertainment America (SCEA) today have been ruled by the courts of Northern California to stop selling their PlayStation brand consoles, Dual Shock Controllers, and upto 47 games which use a certain patented touch feedback technology which Sony have been infringing on. These are the current results of a long fight, so allow me to fill you in!</FONT></P><P><FONT face="arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><IMG alt="The Immersion Corporation - Creator of such Touch Feedback Technology" hspace=3 src="http://ragol.warcrafttavern.com/uploads/news_images/immersion.gif" align=left border=1>In February 2002, the Immersion Corporation (A developer of Touch Feedback Technology) filed lawsuits against both Sony and Microsoft when it was discovered that both companies were using a force feedback technology that Immersion had patented in their games machines controllers (PlayStation 2 and Xbox respectively). So they decided to take their monies worth after this was being done without the knowledge of Immersion.</FONT></P><P><FONT face="arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><IMG style="WIDTH: 213px; HEIGHT: 228px" alt="PlayStation2 &amp; Dual Shock Controllers are both infringing the patents" hspace=1 src="http://ragol.warcrafttavern.com/uploads/news_images/playstation2_console.gif" align=right border=0>Microsoft ended the case in July 2003 by settling with Immersion for $26million (Bill Gates pocket money no doubt!) and also taking a stake from them at the sametime! Sony however decided to stay and fight, and in September&nbsp;21st 2004 the courts favoured Immersion, ordering Sony to pay $82million for the infringements. Due to interest though since the original September decision, when Sony didnt give up the fight, Sony now owe over $90million to the Immersion Corporation from the new judgement made March 24th 2005, in which the U.S. District courts of the Northern Californian District also issued a permanment injunction against the manufacturing, use, sale and import of the Sony PlayStation branded consoles, Dual Shock controllers, and 47 games using the technology, infringing the patents.</FONT></P><P><FONT face=Arial>Sony are arguing that the technology being used in their Dual Shock accessories is both simple and taken from prior art made from before Immersions patents. Sony are of course likely to appeal the decision of the court rulings, meaning the case continues further. This itself though is likely to have a HUGE impact on Sony's future in parts of America.</FONT></P>

Ne ideas of wots causing this?

I've encountered the ultimate Dal Re Lie. I have been defeated by him once.
His armor is to strong for my weapons. It takes an 30 mins to break his the armor on his face. I have no problems with dodging the purple balls, rocks, and exploding spikes. What I have trouble with is breaking his freakin armor and avoidind his purple beams. He sends them out one after another. What can I do to dodge his attack?

today my bba came! , now tonight I *tryed* to get online I set everything to automatic (its what my comp is set to) and then went to online, now after the bursting screen is gone it imediately say No.101 Could not connect to the server, it is impossible that it is under maintenance, now I can get on my computer perfectly, also if I hit webpage instead of trying to connect online I get a page were nothing downloads but it says please click here to continue, but I cant click it, any ideas?

Today I just found 2 Addslots with my Lv. 13 FOmar Skyly! I mean, WTF IS UP WITH THAT!? :puzzled: 2 Addslots on normal mode omg! Maybe the fact his name is God makes God love me......

I'm still having trouble tryin to kill those freakin Indi Belras I just can't find a place to not get hit. As soon as I enter the room they start shootin their freakin arms at me. I hate the dark type monsters, they are the hardest to me. The natives are the easiest to kill even in ultimate mode. The machines are medium hard, if it wasn't for the Garanz and the Sinow Zoa they would be easier than the native type. Anywayz Can you guys tell me what the best weapons are to defeat the dark types easily on ultimate. My level is in the hundreds but they still are tough to beat.
