  I must apologize
Posted by: <<Snowfox>> - 19-03-2005, 07:17 AM - Forum: Hacks & Cheats - Replies (13)

It has recently came to my attention that someone has been parading around these forums using my name, and claiming to be the infamous person that I am perceived as. You have my apologies for any mishaps this person has caused regarding your members, and forum. Part of the reason this name is so hated is because of children like whoever he is assuming the name of snowfox due to my numerous credibility, and going around making threats, and demanding things. As I have mentioned on a post made by this imposter, I had, and have no ill intentions for pso. There are many cheats that remain unreleased, and will continue to be just that. You may see just what has been withheld on the website below, it has no cheating information, nor links to any information that discloses how to cheat, sorry to disappoint.

I will use the img code for the rest because they are on my forums, which im sure if i post it will break some sort of rule.

I'm sure you can piece together what these pictures are, and the potential harm, and yes that is NiGHTs.

"Free" Piano Sheet Music :P : PSO Ending
Posted by: Mirinee - 19-03-2005, 02:43 AM - Forum: Fanworks - Replies (14)

For any pianist who likes PSO!

This was created out of desperation. No PSO scores online anywhere.

I would have done it more neatly if I didn't rush, lol. I hope you can read it (btw, the accidental on the last note in the bottom-left bar on page 2 is a #). The tune itself is not too difficult, so please give it a try and have fun Big Grin.

Title: I can still see the light.

Edit: Updated it. See: http://www.ragol.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?p=197722

  how fast can you type?
Posted by: whiteninja - 19-03-2005, 12:45 AM - Forum: Sandbox - Replies (25)

I've noticed that since i have gotten on this site I have begun to type a whole lot faster than i used to. Before I could only type about 25 words per minute but now i can go a lot faster. So, how quickly can you type? This includes (1 minute up, 49 words - 2 mistakes = 47 words per minute) proper grammer and spelling.

so time yourself for a minute and see how quickly you can go. Wink

  Play-Yan!
Posted by: mr_shoe_uk - 18-03-2005, 11:01 PM - Forum: Gaming - Replies (7)

Hi everyone! As Lee knows, I got my play-yan (or play-chan, depending on whose translation you look at) yesterday. It's a small device that lets you play any mp3s or mpeg4s through GBA/GBA SP or DS.

I've included a picture showing all the things I got in the package with play-yan plus media-stage. Media-stage is a surprisingly powerful panasonic format changing tool. It can change almost anything to a play-yan compatable gameboy resolution file. It can ever transfer divx files. The only thing it can't do is quicktime (thankfully very few videos on my pc are quicktime anyway). If anyone is interested in seeing how mediastage works, just ask and i'll post a few screenshots as a tutorial (which might be useful if you're thinking of getting it, as it's in Japanese).

The play-yan unit itself just pokes out a little further than a standard GBA cart, with a headphone jack in the front for higher quality audio. Mp3s are really quite outstanding through this, as good as any stand alone mp3 player or even cd player. The sound of videos can be very good, or not that great, depending on what video quality you just in media-stage. The video quality itself is very good in normal, and outstanding in high quality. Even at the highest settings, the space taken up isn't terrible, because it's only big enough for a gba screen. You can choose the memory yourself, as everything is stored on an SD card that has to be bought separately (I got a £20 512mb model from amazon.co.uk, a pretty good deal). The play-yan itself was £40 from play-asia.

There's probably a lot I missed out, so feel free to ask! Also, if you want a more detailed description of what films/videos I've tried (have gone through a number, cgi, live-action and cartoon) just ask!

P.S. Edit - Those headphones do not come with the device, I was just displaying the mini-jack socket at the front of the play-yan with my cool Hori DS headphones (they're just normal headphones, any headphones will work with play-yan. This lunch time at school, we even had the mini-jack socket going out to an amp, and the quality was still good!).

  Pokémon Trading
Posted by: Dark Imakuni - 18-03-2005, 04:37 PM - Forum: Gaming - Replies (5)

Hello all!

Can someone please tell me if you will be able to trade between Pokémon FireRed / LeafGreen / Ruby / Sapphire / Emerald and Diamond / Pearl?

Please tell me! I don't want to have to leave all my good Pokémon behind on a different version! I was gutted when I found out that I couldn't trade between Gold / Silver / Crystal and Ruby / Sapphire - I had to leave behind a Surfing Pikachu :'( :'( :'(

Many thanks!

D.I.
