I need them cauz im so unlucky and found onyl lvl 19 or 21 techs but not lvl 20^^

i would like to know if you and three other friends do offline multi. mode, and say that everyones id section was the same and you are all searching for a rare item, would the drop rate decrease or would it increase or would it just stay the same for that item?
