do u think i should do caves runs and look for the red sword (milqueek) or should i go for a kasami bracer in the ult mines (sinow blue)?

i'm sorry to keep going on about this, but i really want to know how to turn booma's right arms into weapons. i complete the unsealed door quest, go off and talk to Dr. Montague with all of my right arms etc.... and NOTHING HAPPENS!!! i know i did it on very hard mode, but i thought that wouldn't make a difference, so please tell me what's going on because i really want my right arms to be turned into weapons!!

I'm starting a new character and starting to play again. If anyone wants to help me level please reply. I've made 3 games and every time non-legits show up.
