  I love friendly dupers!
Posted by: Terra - 27-05-2004, 06:57 PM - Forum: Hacks & Cheats - Replies (17)

After finally getting a new copy of Ep1&2 (swapped from PAL to NTSC cube) I didnt want to level up from 1 again!

I just wanna say "Thanks" to the people who gave me (Rumiko/Akane) a mag!

And to all those who have condemmed duping, all I can say is IT IS A PERSONAL CHOICE... nobody forces you to take stuff or talk to dupers.

Why can't the majority of online users grasp this concept?

  Donkey Konga
Posted by: Lee-yoshi - 27-05-2004, 05:04 PM - Forum: Gaming - Replies (48)

Anyone looking forward to this game. I personally can't wait, it sounds welllllllllll good! Banging bongo's and clapping to yourself, everyone else will think your mad!

Nintendo of Europe today released the playlist for the PAL version of Donkey Konga:

  • Lady Marmalade
  • Canned Heat
  • Don't Stop Me Now
  • Alright
  • The Locomotion
  • Dancing In The Street
  • Para Los Rumberos
  • Sing, Sing, Sing (With A Swing)
  • You Can't Hurry Love
  • All The Small Things
  • Oye Como Va
  • Last Day
  • 99 Red Balloons
  • The Impressions That I Get
  • Busy Child
  • Tubthumping
  • I Want You Back
  • Cosmic Girl
  • Richard III
  • Wild Thing
  • September
  • Back For Good
  • Hungarian Dance No. 5
  • Turkish March
  • Mario Bros. Theme
  • Kirby Green Greens
  • Zelda (Latin Version)
  • Rainbow Cruise
  • Battlefield
  • Donkey Konga Theme
  • DK Rap

Perhaps not as good as the Japanses/US versions, but still killer! It's certainly popular in Japan though, they're making and releasing Donkey Konga, Volume 2 soon (Probs by the time we get #1!).

  Where is Flowen's Frame
Posted by: Jakaal - 27-05-2004, 04:04 PM - Forum: Items - Replies (6)

I was just wondering if someone could tell me where to get Flowen's Frame. I have Viridia, Greenill, Oran, and Redria characters, and it doesn't matter what difficulty. I have the sword and the shield, so now I need the frame. Also, in a Very Hard Drop Guide, it stated that my Greenill guy could get the frame from a So Dimenian in the VR Temple, but that's where I found the Shield!

  Weird concert experiences
Posted by: njdss4 - 27-05-2004, 06:22 AM - Forum: Media - Replies (5)

I've had a couple of weird concert experiences. At an Evanescence concert this man who was sitting next to me started doing air guitar yelling out that it's his birthday and he's gonna party. It was hilarious. Then he proceeded to take his shirt off and by the end of the first song, there was 5 foot span between him and the closest person. Then at a Garbage concert an entire section of the audience started screaming "VD! VD! VD!" (venerial disease)(sp?) and they actually got Shirley Manson (lead singer for Garbage) to talk about how she wrote a song about her old boyfriend that gave her VD. Anyone else have weirder stories to tell?

  Force's Technique techniques
Posted by: Yaichiro - 27-05-2004, 04:46 AM - Forum: Force - Replies (23)

Since there were no posts here, i decided that this would be nice topic to start.

Now, i have a hipothesis: strong Mnd characters, like FOnewearls/FOnewmn have such a high mind pottential that they don't necesarily need high level basic attacks (as you know, basic attacks increase theyr TP cost as they increase level, unlike <i think, not sure> heavy attacks like rafoie that dont increase theyr TP for some levels), so you can spare TP by sticking with the lowest Techniche disks....

but also, for FOmar and FOmarl, since they dont regnerate TP, it may also be convenient to stick to low level techniques, at least until a decent level is reached...therefore, there's no need for hight level Tech. disks!

ok, that was my <very personal> advise, which i follow, of course. But i warn you, im far from being an advance player <ok, maybe not so far, but more like medium/low player>, so i could be ABSOLUTELY WRONG. if i am, i would appretiate anyone telling me so.

<ahem>....so, comments? tips? complaints? whatever discussion is welcomed ^ ^
