I changed my e-mail adress and know my title has changed from knight to registered user. why did it change?

Ok ive found 3 rares since i got to ult. only 3 i use to find loads even tho they were all Last Survivors and Dragn Slayers but i cant even get them no more. ive killed 5 hildetorrs and 2 mil lilys and i got nothing the only 1 rare has been droped from a creature before and that was ages ago. my other char's can still get stuff but not my main one and im fed up of using a last survivor
