I've just come up with an idea for a contest and after a bit of a natter with Sol and Decswxaqz we've come up with some of the basic rules! Heres the key points;

- You'll start off with a brand spanking new Level 1 Character, with no transferring allowed! Just like starting from scratch!

- In teams of 3; which you can decide, every member of the team must reach level 10 (To be decided) as fast as possible!

- Quests will be allowed, but loading them up could take away valuable exping time! Wink

- To ensure that no-one cheats and makes a transfer before the competition begins, each participating player will be given a name for their character a few minutes or so before the competition kicks off.

- A Referee will be present in each game limiting the teams to 3 characters, if one person is found to be cheating, the entire team will be disqualified from the competition.

- Prizes!! Aside from gaining the title "Fastest Exper!" you can win items!

Thats about it, this is just a first idea, the rules might change a bit! Please post below if you are interested or have any other ideas/comments.

Depending on the feedback i get from this, it may have to change to single player exping or it may not even go ahead at all! I genuinely like this idea though so i hope that people will get involved, im sure the lure of wealth and glory should be enough to entice even the most reclusive of Hunters! Smile

I really like the idea, but I cant get online yet... I still need to get the BBA and setup my HL, but that shouldnt take too long... just the BBA part thats setting me back

Not sure yet, alot of people are having exams around the end of May/June so maybe around the start of the summer holidays so more people can take part Smile

I'd be more then willing to take part in such a contest, or at least see it go down, and creating it into a team contest seals the deal! I think people would be happier to play in team games.

lol, depends when it is!

If its a summer thing, infact anytime from June 28th and beyond, i cud (Or most probabily will) be online 24/7. I could be online before then, but between June 14th & June 28th, major exam time takes place Sad

(P.S. It's probabily best titled EXP-athon or something like that, i did begin to wonder what the word expathon meant, but thats just me being a fool Tongue)
