I believe Gotiens question was weather clan leaders are granted mod-like powers over other clan members. I dont know the answer myself as im not a leader of any clan. But shade , you should know the answer, being the leader of the SC. Answer the man

I guess if you're the leader of the clan other people have to listen to you. As for mods of your own clan forum, not sure...
EDIT: Asked Sol and you do get some mod powers in your forum.
