1) Maybe this is just me but, Devas revive you so MANY times.
2) I really don't know if it is ugly, not many costumes are bright orange. I just tend to grow out of my Mags so quickly, thing is the front paneling of a Deva is dark green and is noticable. Perhaps change the costume of a char into a dark green, then the Deva might just look decent as it matches with the front.

why do Devas revive you soo much?
my friends was playing and it revived him 6 times in a row.
He was supposed to do suicide with his HUcast and it kept him going for awhile.
The revie works mostly(maybe only)when your hp is in the yellow.
