How do you get a -5 percent? isn't that impossible? (Unless you can on BB, I don't play it so I don't know) Also, I like Double sabers. Partisan of Lighting is awsome!

on ver.2 the % can go down to -60%, so it's very rare to find a good weapon with good %

Negative percents on weapons can be obtained by tekking down a weapon with 5% on some attribute down by ten. As for the topic, now with Blue Burst it's hard to argue weapons like Yunchang/Excalibur/Daylight Scar.
