Yeah they've already lost my mom cuz she doesn't like all these games that seem to have more emphasis on the graphics than on the story. She like up to 7 and that's about it. 8 and 9 she couldn't finish cuz she just didn't care.

That is probably the first time I have heard anyone say that their mother plays Final Fantasy. Don't get me wrong, though. That's pretty awesome. All my mom would ever play with me when I was a kid was Tetris. You guys are right, though. Final Fantasy is slowly slipping away.

yeah his mom is definitely the only one i heard of that played FF. Njd, your mom finished 8, the first time you ever came over and she was there, i was playing it and we were talking about it...didnt you say you watched her beat omega weapon? Oh well whatever, i know you both never finished 9.

Oh yeah, maybe she did. I don't really care or remember. But she and I are at the end of 9 still, we could beat it any time but neither of us feel like it. Not interesting enough to finish.
