I'm quite sure Kefka has the ability to look at the drop rate in the game's code. The gene IS a hack, ask anyone here. Do you see legit people running around with Dark bridge, Dark Flow and Dark meteor?

Want more proof ? ST released PGF and Red Ring for BB, if they "released" it, it means it was unreleased.

I was searching through the internet, looking for reports of legit findings of PARASITIC GENE "FLOW" and/or RED RING and I found this.
1. Play episode II either online or offline multi-mode
2. Equip a weapon from the red set, RED SCORPIO doesn't count (make sure EVERYONE uses a red set weapon)
3. Drop a Ryuker/Telepipe before fighting Olga Flow
4. Defeat Olga Flow (Note: do NOT switch to any other weapon during the fight, not even other red set weapons, for best chances of success)
5. After seeing the "You're the Hero!" screen of you and your party, you'll re-appear at Pioneer 2
6. Take the Ryuker/Telepipe back down to the boss room
7. Heathcliff Flowen should be standing there in the boss room
I'm gonna try this tonight and see if it works to that point. Other sites claim that by doing this trick you can obtain PARASITIC GENE "FLOW". I believe they said that you have to have a space open in your inventory when you see him, then you get it. Sorta like how you can get SOUL EATER from Kireek.
They go on to say that you must then use the gene to get a Dark set weapon, like DARK FLOW. Then follow the same steps for finding Flowen, to find Red Ring Rico (just Episode I instead of II, Dark set weapon instead of Red set weapon). And by finding her, you get the RED RING.
It all sounds like BS to me, but I'm still gonna try it anyway.

This was proven wrong pages ago, why don't you read the thread, you might learn something.
The game has been out for over 2 years, don't you think people would know if this bullshit worked ?

the "flow" is fake. if you found it and you are a legit player, you had a hacker on your team. even if you find it and you get video of olga dropping it, that still doesn't prove you didn't hack it. the source code says 0% chance of dropping it, therefore the chance is 0% unless the sourcecode is changed, and changing it is hacking. so you can't get it legitly becuase hacking is not legit.
many people have also tried all that stuff about using red weapons, or killing yourself, or piping, ect. and it hasn't worked.
i could say: "To get a legit PFG you need to kill Olga using your starting weapon, max grinded." but would that make it true? no. would that make alot of people start new files and keep the starting weapons to try it? yes.
