I am obligated to use certain weapons, like Pallasch with very high percentages. I am level 101 so I can buy good weapons like hign percentage DB Saber's.

All right heres the thing, the 9 starred rare items such as Blade Dance, DB, Clubs of... only come in 2 colors (no real design). The Blade Dance is only a small blue-green dagger, it cannot compare to the GC design.
