His weakness is just that, he's a hanyou. Hanyou are'nt as strong as youkai. A hanyou will transform into a human once a month and during that time they're vulnerable. Also, a hanyou may have a soft spot for humans, like Inuyasha does. Then there's full-blooded youkai, like Sesshoumaru, who would kill a human as soon as look at one.
