Pronounced exactly like it's spelt. A chav is a social delinquent, who goes around wasting people's money through vandalism, NHS tax (they get in fights a lot), car accidents (they speed a lot aswell) and other stupid things.

We've always made fun of what a brittish wigger (thats how you spell it. not like whig but like... well Chappelle's favorite word. starts with an N folks) would sound like and act like.
