I think it is definitely worth playing! The combat is basically the same, with a few very cool details added, the character creation is super-better, and the online gameplay has greatly improved; all in all, this is definitely a game worth playing!

I'm on the 360 version as i cant be bothered with the PC version plus i like how you can talk with others (with out the use of team talk,xfire) on chapter 11 of story mode.

Teamspeak and Ventrillo are programs for PC which allow talking with others. I've used Teamspeak and it's very useful for speaking to your guild in MMORPGs. It's good for challenge mode PSO, so why not PSU?
