That and the fact that it returns to the algol star system, which is always a good thing. Guess you mugs should start playing the old PSO's so you understand stuff.

Ahh...The light of Algol... hohohoh! Anyone recognise that? PSO3: card deck. Guess which character?

...anyway, Algol...was that PSO2? I forget, my memory is a little hazy...

Yes, Hyze's deck had a bit of a reference to the previous series. His deck name was Algol's Light. Of course alot of you ignoramuses wouldn't have known what the seemingly stupid Beck Hyze was referring to.

Yeah, but maybe that was a little harsh...But I do stick by my point that alot of people play PSO but don't take any time to play any of it's predecessors to understand anything, hence them being rather ignorant to the relevances between the game.

Ah. Sadly, Orphen is correct, as usual. Heheh. If more of you lot got the original Phantasy star's (GBA-Phantasy Star Colection has all three!) you would know more about the story in general, and have greater knowledge...

Did you know that rappy first appeared in PS3: Generations Of Doom? They were called Chirpers...

How was that Orphen? Mwuhahahah!

The old PS games were great! They actually had versions of the grass asassin rag rappy al rappy and even a boss like dark falz. Cant remember what any of them were called but hey, the link is there! The old PS games were a really big rival to finaly fantasy games at one point when sega still made consoles. But hey i hope this new PSO (PSU) will be just a great expansion on the old ones. This time making full use of the cubes awsome graphics as we've seen done before in games like metroid prime. Maybe it will wait until the release of the N5? I dont know when thats coming out tho, probly not by 2005...
I never had the pleasure of owning th cartridge games, but i played them alot at a m8s house. Now one of my friends has a SNES emulator so yeah ill play them again sometime.

I am currently playing PS chronicles (a compilation of Phantasy Star 1,2,and 3) so far the only one that seems to grab my attention is Phantasy Star2. (But I'm stuck on that dungeon where the chest are locked. Stupid damn dynamite) Anyway I'm learning the PSO heritage.
