Twilight Princess - pink - 06-01-2007 The only reason there are minor control problems is because of the fact that the game is also made for the Revo... otherwise they would've almost completely have matched the controls for other Zelda games. I'd say go for the Gamecube version... I've seen the Revo version in action, and the addition of having to flick your wrists to attack is more or less pointless. Twilight Princess - Cloud Stryder - 07-01-2007 aiming with the wii is soooo much easyer though, and atleast your being somewhat active in his movements, makes you abive more involved in whats going on, one hand for sword the other for sheild attacks and movement. Twilight Princess - RebelMaren - 07-01-2007 Link's Hidden Skill's is really where Twighlight Princess' Wii controls really begin to shine. With a single swish of your left hand you can pull of the Spinning Sword Attack withoout having to charge beforehand. Eventually you'll be smacking oponents with you shield using the left hand, Tapping A to bound over then and swinging your right hand to smack them in the ack with their sword. The Roller ball minigame is also a neat little addition, that lets you treat the Wiimote like the game itself and roll the ball inside the box to the goal. Fishing is also great fun on the Wii version. Aiming on the Wii is really intuitive too, and feels much more fun than awkward analogue controls. I'd wholeheartedly reccomend the Wii version, the Wiimote doesn't feel like a gimick, it honestly feels right for the game. Hell, a couple of times whilst playing PSU I've found myself shaking my pad, hoping something will happen ^_^; Twilight Princess - Cloud Stryder - 07-01-2007 yup iv spent a good 10 seconds on the 360 trying to select play game and wondering why moving to controller around didnt work. boy did i feel like an idiot ^^ Twilight Princess - Faulkie - 08-01-2007 This game is TOO good. Dare I say it's better than the Ocarina of Time? Without the Wii controls, perhaps not. But it plays so fluidly, so much better than can be achieved with a controller. Plus it looks and sounds beautiful. I love it. <3 Twilight Princess - adrina_kellers - 08-01-2007 i'm still waiting for my cube version to come in... GODDAMN GAME Twilight Princess - Cye Zero - 09-01-2007 RebelMaren Wrote:Link's Hidden Skill's is really where Twighlight Princess' Wii controls really begin to shine. The hidden skills are easy to do on the GC too. If you played wind waker then you should already know the hidden skills. The spinning sword attack doesn't require you to charge it you can always do a complete circle and press B. Not yet :p Twilight Princess - Liu Bei - 09-01-2007 I have it on my Gamecube and its a blast! The hidden skill are cool but i don't really use them that much... I still think Windwaker is better. Twilight Princess - Faulkie - 09-01-2007 I don't really see much point in playing this as a Gamecube game to be honest. Like 90% of the fun is the new control system. Ok so it's more like... 40%. But shh.
