Not all 10 at once, but pretty consolidated. It assisted me greatly in getting my Sealed J.

Yeah, there is. But not all 10 at once...more like 3.
There are a few quests with abundances of Mericarols, Merikles, and Mericus.

The Tower quests have alot of strong baddies...
Del Lily, Ill Gill, Delbiter, And all three Meri-bosses. I think two Gibbles on one of the floors...fun stuff.
