that's evp, evasion power
and he has a good english, simply keep working on it.....my english sometimes comes out horrible

I know EVP determines blocking chance, but I thought maybe LCK had a slight affect on it.

Damn it!! No matter where i go or what i do. i was in a rush becouse i was fighting VOl at that time on ultimate mode for the first time. so i was playing pso and typing at the same time. So find somthing else to pick me apart about.
second thing
so then what did i wast me time getting luck for if it is not to help drop rate and crit. then what is it for?

10/5=2%
100/5=20%
(or is it divided by 4)
