I think you can if you type in a certain name. I have never cconfirmed this though and the namees are an utterly ridiculous jumble of letters.

On the original Dreamcast version, yes. Typing in certain names, which were published in various cheat books, unlocked two new costumes. The name differed for each class. The two unlocked are the two on the right-hand side of the first tier of costumes.

The colours depended on what class you used them for. And no, other versions, GC, X-Box, etc. already have them unlocked.

oh so in the other versions they were classified as the "white" costumes on the far right, the random ones
