I've had a level one RAcast use a stag cutlery with a choa mag.

Who said that she could wield them?
If she could then the mag must be one of those 365 mags that are being distributed. Ive seen them in Pushan, Panther Tail, Devil Wings, Angel Wings & Devil Tail form so far...Watch out for them, nasty things :o .
