At first, when i first played the game, i was like wow! 300 meseta, i have to do that quest, but now i am like darn 20000 meseta, do i have to do that quest? The quests tend to be annoying.

I've beaten all the quests on all the modes, the only annoying one is Soul Of Steel on Ult........Montague keeps getting nailed by the dark bringers, I had to do that quest 5 times before I got it right, all because of montague.

You can also convert enemy parts in Tomorrows rate (online quest) the quest sucks but you also get %s on the weapon

Gamecube as well, on the dreamcast it was the only way to convert Version 2 enemy parts.

One way to do it depends on your luck. My Lvl 55 Humar has a luck of 61, and i played the quests that take place in the forest on hard or very hard.I got 3 boomas right arms and two rappy wings offline . hope it helps
