Some of the things you don't need to be online for.
The stink frame to it's highest level you do sadly.
Get oer 10 posts and you can upload your own avatar. You can't create one here, just show it off
.It's in USER CP -> Edit Options -> Change Avatar then browse at the bottom. You can then select your avatar
