I raised my very own lvl 200 Devil's Wing with a "heart of devil" mag cell some1 gave to me online. I made it a mix of all the stats because it is for my FOmar.

am not sure how to make a rati cause i need one but once it gets to lv 100 so i can go on with its stats the rati that ppl gave me dont hav any mind just pow dex and def i need a rati at lv100

I will have to make a new mag but I can do it. All I have to do is get a mag to lvl 100 and then give it the mag cell. After it is a pair of wings I can give it to you and you can feed it the rest of the 100 levels with whatever you want.
