I beat Pollux with Sil'fer. I chose her because Hunters have super strong weapons and because you can see one of those clips if you pick her. As for strategy, I just ran up and beat down Pollux as fast as I could. Speed truly matters in this battle as Pollux gains 1 AP every turn. Don't use one strong weapon, but rather a bunch of mild ones. Hell, I beat her with 3 swords and a pair of mechguns equipped. Each does five damage with Sil'fer so if Pollux doesn't guard, thats a big 20 damage. The one thing I didn't realize my first time fighting her was that she has Weak Hit guard. So that means nothing strength 3 or below. Also, bring lots of Defense Action cards as she will be hurting you often with her crazy pierce type move.

After reading this the other day, i tried it out randomly on a card from the pack id chosen and sure enough it changed when i clicked B, could have been a coincidence, like a HUGE one, or it does effect the rate they change.
I'm gonna test it out more when I have more time to play.

This whole pressing "B" thing is weird. I had three chances for cards to evolve. The first two I pressed nothing and they failed, but the last one I pressed "B" WHILE it was transforming and my Stab card turned into Red Mechguns. Weird, but probably just a big coincidence.

It happened again last night when i won the finals in a battle tournament! The cane I got changed into a Red Handgun! How ace is that? lol!

I find about every ten cards transform, but I could be wrong.

I think it says something like this in the manual(yes i actually read the manual), it says something like if yo u have alot of one rare when you get another it transforms into a rarer one, please correct me if i am wrong.
