That would be an Al Rappy. They are very annoying, especially if it just pops up when ur such a low level lol!! And so far I have seen 2 more El Rappies, not on quests. I only got worthless monfluids.

Ah, I see. Well, that's what I killed. haha! Well I sure love what he gave me.
Helped grind my weapon some. That was my first time seeing one for me so yeah, I did not know what they were called. Thanks for letting me know.....he went by so fast I did not caught the lil guys name. LOL
