I mean, most people don't die from it unless it persists but I've had excessive diarrhea before and gotten all dehydrated. Tapeworms can be taken care of with antibiotics, but let those things be and youll have a 30-foot worm sticking partially out of your ass (Actually, part of its tail would. Make you look like you have a tail. Probably kill you beforehand, though. But yes, they do grow around 30 feet if theyre not taken care of.
