So with these holiday rappys? Do they show up only on the holday like only during x-mas and holloween? or the whole month?

Here's a bit of advice on seasonal Rappies, aside from the obvious holiday-appearance parts.
They are online only and can only be found in the Episode 2 temple during the relevant holiday. They replace the standard rare enemy "Love Rappy" and drop seasonal presents, either "Jack-O-Lantern", "Christmas Present" or "Easter Egg" depending on the holiday. "Easter Egg" contains a novelty weapon while the other two contain Mag upgrade kits. As an example, if you ever see a Soniti mag, then the Mag Cell 502 upgrade came from a "Jack-O-Lantern"...

If you're only ever offline, then you should optomize your rare finding by using drop charts, aswell.
