I like DOS basedness. It's versatile.
I prefer 98 for it's layout. I know I know, you can change XP to be like it in the settings, but I don't care, 98 is... ... familiar.

XP hands down, its stable as heck and never crashes, it just tells you that the program has stopped working properly and you can continue from there instead of having to mess about with the blue screen of death. XP is more colourful, customisable and user friendly.
98 just sucks hehe

ME stands for "mistake edition" its the worst build of windows ever, even 3.1 was more reliable than ME
