and were did u find the gene? no one has ever found it and the drop rate is 0 %
(thats taken form the actual game) , and its not released.
and if u use hacked items you can still find stuff. Its just the hacked mag that makes it drop no rares.
if u really want to prove it, make a movie of u finding the gene.

Thing is, though, half of us aren't accusing him of hacking/duping. It is all too possible that he got his Gene from a Sneaky Git, as I did, and all I said was that movies can be doctored so there is no real proof.
(mimas' notes: By a Sneaky Git, I mean a guy who somehow deposits a hacked item where it would drop if the dropper actually had a drop-anything rate above 0%.)

Ok let me clear a few things up:
Finding rares after owning a hacked item means NOTHING. You cannot find rares if you have a hacked MAG (or if you stack items, apparently). This DOESN'T apply to OTHER hacked items.
Your 'friend' probably wanted to trick you into believe it by dropping the Parasite Gene after you killed Olga. Sadly, you fell for this little trick
. What's nice is that you didn't even make the Dark Flow yourself, but rather your 'friend' made it and gave it to you.Here's two trading rules for you:
1. Please state which items in your trade list are legit (Found items) and which ones are dupes.The reason for this rule is because there are a lot of legit people who do not want to have dupes.
4. If you have a problem such as the item not actually legit please warn people of this trader.
Not saying anything, but your 'legit' trade list also has a Sealed J Sword, Psycho Wand, Purplenum Card and Nei's Claw (not sure if that's the crappy PDrop one or the insanely rare real one).
Anyway Dark weapons cannot be obtained legitimately, it's as simple as that. It's a useless weapon anyway. I'm not accusing you of having a duped/hacked item, just stating it as a fact. Please don't try to pass it off as being legit.
Even if it is legit nobody is going to believe you, so I guess this thread might as well be locked since nobody is actually posting about wanting to trade for it.

Many many many people, have opened up the games code, including drop rate percentages and availability.... wanna know what they found?
0% on gene flow
meaning, it is there, but will [size=5]NEVER drop until sonic team allows it to drop online, even then, it still registers as a 0% drop rate. (currently)
Here is what happened. your friend.. had a parasitic gene: FLOW, and dropped it along the way, you or he picked it up saying "WHOA, I can't believe it" and made dark flow out of it and then proceeded to give it to you, so that you'd run around blind saying "I have a legit dark flow", while they laug at the fact that it is impossible to actually legitimately aquire.
