i thought that when a fonewearl has a wand type equipped they get a a faster casting time.
the same goes for fomar and fonewm if they go barehanded

although it doesn't really matter when your lv rises loads, cos your battle speed increase + just equip a god/battle and you'll be a well hard force!!! Battle mages away!!!!
